Radio signals don't go on for ever they fade out over long distances they would never reach even the closest known sun to us Secondly a advanced alien race would not be using "radio waves to communicate" it's a primitive old technology..

- 15. 17:00 brings up an interesting point to me. Since a lot of UFO's have been submerging into oceans, why don't we also start trying to pick up sound in water as well. If we started there, we may pick up more peculiar sounds and I'm sure we could build at least one water proof radio scope or telescope and point it towards the sky, say maybe in the Bermuda Triangle, and start there. I have a strong feeling this may produce much better results as the messages sent may only be picked up in the ocean
